The Trust Fellowship offers professional development opportunities for both emerging and experienced leaders in the nonprofit and public sectors. “The fellowship program continues our tradition of supporting leadership development to benefit the nonprofit and public sectors,” said Ngoan Le, vice president of program for the Trust. “There is a growing need to increase the diversity in leadership and we hope to outfit the future leaders of our community with resources and possibilities.”
The Chicago Community Trust fellows have the choice of taking a leave from work or continuing to work while engaging in professional development activities.
